Video: Wednesday Wisdom: What inspires you to do what you do?

➡️ Remember life and business are not a race. Take your time, have fun, enjoy life, and enjoy the process.

This video was inspired after Thinkers360 shared today their "Top 50 B2B Thought Leaders & Influencers You Should Work With In 2023 for the EMEA region"

I was on that list, feeling very blessed to be a part of such a great group of individuals.

Thank you Thinkers360 for investing time each year to curate these lists. Grateful for the explanation in your post:

➡️ “Unlike other lists (which are either random or based purely on social media activity), our annual listing is based on real thought leadership content from around the web contributed by these outstanding experts - including academics, analysts, authors, consultants, executives, influencers and speakers - as part of their Thinkers360 profiles and portfolios and shared with our community. “

It is always an honor to be listed amongst these amazing individuals. We all shine in our own way and together we share our thoughts and findings on different topics.

➡️ I ask you all a question today which I asked yesterday during a meeting in the beautiful city of Barcelona, “what inspires you?”

I always find that question to be a trigger for people to share the reasons why they do what they do.

We all have different reasons, different drivers, and different goals. But each of them is as equally important.

To be amongst the best you need determination, passion, hard work, drive, and also ethics!

You often hear me speak about authenticity, being real, and having integrity.

Today I have one piece of wisdom to share. Focus less on what others do, and more on what you do! There will always be another thousand people doing what you do, but no one will ever be YOU!

We all relate to different people and that is the beauty of variety and diverse voices in the same industries.

Don’t take rejection or failure as a bad thing! No one ever learned from success. It is through failure that we get to success! The learning process happens in the journey, not the destination.

We are our own competition and our biggest enemies on the path to our future goals.

Let’s continue building the right partnerships around the globe because as I always say, together we are stronger.
