The art of providing value to customers
Did you ever stop to think that no matter what industry you are in, CX plays a big part in pretty much all of them?
I was about 7 years old when I had my first learning on what customer service was all about (a story for another day), and although too young at the time to go deep into it, I have always looked back to understand how it all fits together.
And for me, it goes all the way to back then, so I have had a few decades to dig deeper into how our interactions are so important whether it is face to face or in the digital sphere.
In my chat with Engati it is more tech and digital focused, but remember, CX applies to nearly everything we do, the minute it involves someone or something else.
